Made in soft flowing 100% Rayon Light making the skirt wearable in summer and not too heavy in weight. Twirl worthy for festivals! Has a stretchy elastic waistband for a comfy fit. Three full tiers and sewn with cotton thread. Each one individually hand-dyed!
